        Always a seemless experience and staff are friendly. Would be good if they could text you when prescription is ready as it would avoid me calling first to check.

        All I will say is that I now use Day Lewis in Twyford. I finally gave up on this place for all of the reasons in their other one star reviews. Day Lewis are great: friendly, helpful staff, text you when your prescription is ready, so no wasted journeys, staff always friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. So very different to Lloyds in Wargrave!! Don't suffer for no reason, other great pharmacies are available.

        I had a pre-booked appointment for a flu jab at 11:15. I turn up early, wait around only to find out that they've run out of vaccines and could I return later on today. No prior contact, etc.
