Kate was brilliant in helping me settle in, unpacking and sorting out box after box, what should go to charity, what should be binned or recycled, and what could be kept. Drawers were sorted out for easy access and labelled where necessary. She was a real pleasure to work with and have around and I will highly recommend her to those intending to downsize or upsize. It makes life a lot easier!

Kate has quite literally been a God send. Coping with the additional stuff after losing my Mum meant that I simply felt overwhelmed and frozen by the thought of where and how to begin to reduce my possessions. Her empathy, understanding, and sensitivity helped in the process to eliminate things which were no longer needed and to simplify and find peace in my home again. During lockdown and being confined in isolation the reward from our work of decluttering were fully realised and I was so thankful for making the space so much clearer and calmer. Kate possesses the perfect combination of skills combining professionalism, interpersonal and practical expertise and I am enormously grateful for all her help.

Kate, and her colleague Louise, transformed my experience of 'downsizing'. She has remarkable energy levels, and a toolkit of organizing skills that made sure everything was sorted and labelled and went on its way to the proper destinations. The task was otherwise overwhelming for me.... so many years of stuff... including documents, ornaments, furniture, costume jewellery, garden equipment and general mess..... all sorted! I can breathe again now!! And all this achieved with a smile and a cheerful, helpful and professional attitude. I couldn't have done this alone, but fortunately, I found Kate and Louise!!!

As well as well thought out storage solutions, Kate provides invaluable 'stuff-therapy'. If your clutter is getting you down, she's the person you need. I found Kate by chance on Google one day when I was particular fed up with the chaos in my house. I had to do 'something' or I was going to go mad! I couldn't have been luckier. Straight from the first phone conversation, she understood exactly my situation and my family's needs, and a great weight was lifted off my shoulders. Kate and I worked through my house over the course of two months, and not only was she able to help me get rid of ten or so bin bags of clutter and donations, she also reorganised all my storage space into clever containers, well labelled for everyone to use. In that way, she delivered exactly what I thought I wanted. If she'd only done that, I still would have given her a 5* review and glowing recommendations to all my friends. BUT THAT IS NOT THE ONLY THING she did for me. Kate has amazing empathy and understanding of the psychological reasons why the stuff in our houses can make us feel so stressed. As we went through my belongings together, she really listened and found some clever and thoughtful ways to make my home work better for me. NOW not only can I find anything I want in my house (from the AAA batteries to the Silver cleaner and the PVA glue, of which I had three bottles disseminated in dark corners), BUT I also have practical solutions for the little tasks that used to make me feel stressed. For instance, we reorganised my jewellery box so I wouldn't ever have to look at the hand-me down pieces that I wanted to keep to pass on to my children but that brought back bad memories. She also created a special tray in my kitchen cupboard with a special cup and teapot and all my various loose leaf teas, so I have everything at hand when I have a minute to treat myself to proper cuppa, instead of searching for all my bits and bobs until I've ran out of time and settle for Tetley. She helped me organise all the medication that I need to take into a super cute pill box so that it is now a pleasure and no longer a chore to sort out my various prescriptions. I cannot recommend Kate warmly enough. She is very professional and excellent at her job and she will do for you things you didn't even know you needed, but what really shines through is her lovely, caring, fun personality. Kate is very approachable, discreet and professional and has made a huge difference in helping sort our wardrobes, storage chests and office into a practical and sustainable order. Having organised space together with Kate's useful tips and advice has helped tremendously towards the smoother running of our household. Kate was one of the professionals listed on the APDO (Association of Professional Declutters and Organisers) Website and I couldn't have made a better choice.
