Couldnt be happier with the ideas, support, flexibility and end results. Gemma was so helpful, worked to our timescales amazingly and provided creative results that have had such an impact on our project plans. Gemma has managed to create options that not only look great but really factor in so many aspects of our personal lifestyles, jobs, family etc. I have no doubt that because of working with Gemma our renovation will work for us so much better, avoiding niggles and helping it really work for us! I contacted Gemma for help with a brand new bathroom installation. She very quickly responded and listened to our original plans. Immediately she saved us from making a costly layout mistake. She provided 3 excellent layout options, including one we had not thought possible. She has an excellent working relationship with a local bathroom fitter who was able to advise us about some changes to pipework that immediately have us a much better working layout (and also avoided an unfortunate reflection issue we hadn't accounted for before she pointed it out!). Gemma was also able to advise on suitable products, good quality suppliers, and even provided us with a colour palette to complement the rest of our house. I dread to think of the mistakes we would have made without her advice. I will definitely by consulting Gemma on every project we do going forward! Service: Refurbishment

We came across Gem through suggestions in our village Facebook group. We were looking for someone to help us transform our thoughts into a design for our new kitchen and living room extension. We had contacted other professionals but Gem was the one that introduced herself and her work in a way that it was relatable to us and we immediately knew she was the one. She spent a lot of time getting to know us and understanding what we wanted from our living space. We had lots of disjointed ideas and Gem channeled and narrowed them into a couple of final visuals, which we absolutely loved and feel have fully captured our initial vision. Gem was flexible, adaptable, easy to work with and made interior design affordable to us. We'll defo contact Gem when the time comes to update the rest of the house.
