FFSL installed our new VOIP phone system this year and now we really don't know how we managed without it! Great system that integrates with our customer management system, it does everything you would expect and lots of things you wouldn't! Great installation and aftersales service from the team and exceptional value for money. Definitely recommended.

We signed up with Field Force Solutions initially because of their VOIP integration with our CRM software. The installation and setup was very efficient and their after sales service really sets them apart from other providers.

From the outset FFSL have been very easy to deal with, patient and attentive to my many and varied questions and queries. When we chose them and Pro Pal as our preferred supplier /product their initial overall approach was a deciding factor that gave me the confidence that the installation and after sales service would be as good, and so it proved. Accelerating its installation due to the Covid-19 crisis they pulled out all the stops to complete our set up and go live installation in a very short time scale in what was a very challenging environment.Both Tony and James have been great to deal with, from the start. James especially, in his understanding and in setting up of our complex operating requests. We are extremely happy with the product and the service provided and would have no hesitation in recommending them and their products to other potential customers.
