I waited 9 weeks for work that I was initially told would take 3 - 4 weeks (zip replacement and a small repair on tall riding boots). I had to chase this up every week to try and find out whether they were ready yet, and when I was finally told so, my partner went to collect them on my behalf in order to get there in time before the shop closed. Due to there being no labels, boots of the same brand that weren't mine were given instead, and we had to make a second trip to swap them . I subsequently received my own boots, minus the trees and bag that I had sent them in, and within one use the repair started to deteriorate. The staff are nice and friendly, but this was not a good experience at all.
