        I called on Friday to see if I could hire a manual wheelchair for a week later that day. The gentleman on the phone was very pleasant. I picked it up later the same day. Hire for the week was just 36 which I thought to be very reasonable

        We bought a battery assisted wheelchair for my mother-in-law and the couple in the shop were excellent and couldn't do enough to help

        We arrived last minute on holiday and we needed a motability scooter. The team were very friendly and helped out immensely. Helped us out lots. Will be back next year when we return. Thank you!

        Didn't realise this mobility shop was in Wareham. Was on number 40 Swanage bus and elderly lady told me that's where she got her rollator from. Had brilliant customer service from Andy and Lorraine, who was very patient with us. Went to Lifestyle in Boscombe few weeks ago and the guy there wasn't helpful at all, many thanks Andy for all your help today Merry Christmas to you both and Blue the Golden retriever xx
