Just had our bathrooms and floors replaced by H20. We are absolutely delighted with the end products. Our thanks to the team for a great job especially Steve (fitter) and Phil (tiler). Very efficient and polite team, nothing was a problem to them and left the job clean and tidy. Extensive range of products and tiles to choose from. Thank you for a great job. Would highly recommend. The team managed a complicated bathroom refurbishment project from start to finish and I cannot praise them highly enough. From the design phase, through implementation and finally dealing with any (minor) snags, David, Caroline and the team were superb. I would recommend H2O to anyone looking for a professional local company to manage a large project.

Could not be happier with the new bathroom. They were the only fitters who really listened to what I wanted and made suggestions to improve it, rather than just what they thought would be easy/had in stock. The quote was higher than any others we had but even when quoting it was clear that their intention was to make a bathroom that lasted, so we went with them. The fitting process was noisy and messy but thats the nature of the work and they cleaned up after themselves. The work started and finished earlier than planned, even through when the stripped out the old bathroom there were a lot of hidden surprises. They have been in touch a couple of times to make sure were happy and there arent any snags before finalising the invoice which was slightly less than the quote. Absolutely recommended.
