Rang rapid fit on Thursday Got my TV booked in for the Friday the next day Then I get a phone call can they change it to Thursday afternoon today Ive booked it me says yes gentleman on the phone says they will be with you after 3 oclock? 4:40 still no TV man Ill leave a message on the answer machine as I had to go out . I get a phone call next day from the gentleman in the shop very polite Telling me they called at 5:20 me replies 5:20 is not just after 3 oclock which he agreed I asked why I didnt get a phone call if theyre running late which I didnt is reply was I dont understand why they didnt come when he said I asked him to get the bloke to ring me direct because I took the day off work to get this done I gets a call from the boss man of the shop I asked why there was no phone call and why did he think 5:20 was just after 3 oclock that was what I was told from the man in the shop his answer was we dont operate like that and you best of finding someone else in a aggressive manner really !! and yes I did tell him were to go shocking customer service to be warned people

Excellent shop the engineer can fix stereos televisions any kind of electrical appliances USB leads to Led torches you name it's in the shop very popular locals and holiday makers in seasonal times the one thing I will say is All these top makes such as Sony Panasonic etc would like you to throw away your TVs And buy new its A throw away business where shops like this fix them which is important.
