        Lady called Ann didnt speak well and hanged up phone without listening as we wanted book a hall for Diwali celebration. She could describe what is the reason behind not providing details as it is charitable trust and we are local staying in Northmoor since long. But i spoke with a main lady but she was very nice and courteous so i am giving 2 star for her not the rude lady who hanged up phone without listening. Very poor communication!
