        Came to fit new thermostat on our shower Couldnt fix it Broke it Put shower hose back on upside down The shower doesnt work at all now Find another plumber

        Very rude on the phone. Disconnected call when asking for a quote for a boiler repair. All he said was " I don't have time for this right now". If I could leave no stars for customer service then I would!
