Polar Glaze

Had windows fitted a couple of years ago. Since then I have had numerous issues. The company is hoping I will go away as they are shying away from the fact they have supplied faulty glazing and have not accepted responsibility for this. I have had poor repairs carried out following a bull in a chinashop installation. Further water penetration has occurred which they are claiming is age related. funny that there was not an issue before. I even sent a recorded delivery letter (signed for) which they denied receiving (signed for by MD as far as I am concerened). i need to contact them again as they STILL have not replaced the GLASS which is very poor quality and under guarantee. I would give them ZERO stars but it doesnt let me.

Amazing top quality work from a local company, took an extra day than originally thought but absolutely no faults what so ever, we had a difficult window to remove with a tiled surround but our fitter managed to remove it without any damage to the tiles! Would definitely recommend

Just had another window fitted. As always, excellent product, good customer service. Polar Glaze serve the local community very well. Thank you Excellent product, excellent fitting, very pleasant staff from office to Fitting Team. I do understand the issues regarding payments by cards and this by no means is attributed to Polar Glaze and should not detract from your excellent workmanship and customer service

We had a replacement front door ,composite type, frame and toplight fitted. Appears to be made to a very high standard. The fitter was highly experienced and competent and made an excellent job of installation. The finishing trims in particular are really well fitted. We have used Polar Glaze before and highly recommend them, as their high quality has been consistent throughout the years.
