Very poor experience. Delivery was dumped on drive way. Next thing I note is I'm sent a copy of Proof of Delivery that was signed for by, I assume, the driver (and not me, the Customer) and a Comment section I would have gladly filled in if I got the chance. Fraud? It also included photographs of my personal vehicle, which I felt was an invasion of my personal privacy, when a photo of the product with door number and door in view would suffice. The item (Bondi BBQ Shelter) that I had purchased, apparently new, had clearly sat outside in their storage facility for some years. It was dirty and covered in grime. Closer inspections showed splitting in some of the timber and the accessories supplied (screws etc.) a good 1/3rd was missing (plastic packaging perished and fell out one presumes). Some had rusted. The final build was adequate albeit I needed to dismantle some pre-built components as they weren't assembled correctly in the first place. Will need a good power washing to clean and further wood treatment. Luckily I'm pretty skilled and tooled up to rectify their errors. I've complained but felt after reading some reviews this seemed common amongst other people. My advice is to avoid this firm, and had I read the reviews first, I would have likely built my own shelter for a fraction this pile of wood cost me. Very dodgy practice IMHO.

Appauling customer service. The wrong item (double rather than triple bin store) was delivered and assembled by our gardener, upon contacting Roelinson Garden products, they provided assembly instructions for both the two and three bin store and requested I identify the missing parts, why is the onus on the customer to identify the missing parts when it's clearly an incorrect item. Customer service then requested more photos and evidence that is was wrong item. All I want is an efficient resolution to the delivery error, still waiting on a reply from them

Bought a rattan corner sofa in March last year, on delivery it appeared that there wasn't as much rattan weave in one of the sections as there were in the others however I thought it would be fine and kept the item. After less than 12 months the seating area of this particular area has got worse, there is now a large gap in the weave at the back and front and this seating area has much more 'bounce' in it than the others. I dont feel that this particular part of the sofa is of satisfactory quality and feel like its durability will be queationable. The item is still under warrenty but Rowlinsons said this is not a fault and are unwilling to offer a replacement or repair. I have attached photos of the faulty section as well as the other two,sections so that you can compare. For something that cost 1500, which is alot of money to me (I thought I was purchasing a quality item that would last for years) I am really disappointed.

Bought playhouse for grand children. It was delivered on time but 2 panels were damaged. I contacted them same day and 2 replacement panels arrived 5 days later,would buy from again.Just finished putting it up. There were no problems instructions were easy to follow ,took me 1 day. Grand children love it.
