They really need to change opening times on the Internet

Trying to get a repeat prescription is virtually impossible. The last 5 repeats prescriptions never materialised, it was a trip to the surgery everytime. Yesterday was no exception the scripts didn't arrive at the pharmacy, off I went to the surgery to find out why. The receptionist said I had ordered to early and it was only due that day . Yet in the past 3 or 4 days early was the advised thing to do. What is the point if once you've taken your last days meds you can't rely on the surgery that is your care provider to provide the drugs a patient needs to make life easier.

Problems with vital prescriptions not being processed, call reception in the morning to discuss new prescriptions provided via a private health care provider only to find out there is no available receptionist, prescription phone line also closed (this is on a thursday) I had Dr's from the surgery telling me that a private Dr cannot prescribe any meds to me, well that's odd because i went private and had my prescription sent to me within 15 minutes of my appointment ending, now its being held up by the NHS and their incompetence.....what a surprise. There will be a complaint being lodged against the practise in the next 7 days, I have tried to be reasonable but you've had a direct negative impact on my mental health and thus I feel I have no other choice but to escalate the matter further.
