Where to start with this absolutely beautiful little retreat Stunning location, cottage is immaculately clean and fresh, beds are super comfy, the whole place is so cosy and lovely. We enjoyed a 2 night break here over the valentines period and we were just wowed from the moment we stepped through the door. The peacefulness of the area when having your morning cuppa in bed is second to none - I didnt want to leave at the end of our break :( You have everything you need to stay here for a mini break to a proper weeks holiday! Cant praise this cottage / company any more - we cant wait to come back soon Thank you so much x

Lovely place. Really it's 5 star luxury from the homely but upmarket soft furnishings to the power showers, toiletries and super log burner to the super king beds and 3 flat screen TVs. There isn't much in warcop apart from this cottage but Penrith Morrisons and booths within easy drive to stock up or coop in Appleby or supermarket in Kirby stephen and some lovely independent shops. For a home away from home on the doorstep of the lake District you can't beat it.

We were just the third group of guests to book and stay at this newly refurbished cottage. We made our booking based just on the pictures as there weren't any reviews posted yet. We were not disappointed! Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner that lives next door and we immediately settled into this cottage that has been finished to a very high standard with lots of attention to detail and a splendid garden to sit back and relax. We found all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The things we loved... The cleanliness and attention to detail. The Lemon plant and apple tree in the garden. The lively owner's dog "Beau". The star gazing at night. The friendly owner. The peace and quiet. Highly recommended!
