Spring Hill Suites @ Silverstone

Beautiful location lovely views places to walk and places to see. The owner (Claire) was really lovely came and welcomed us as soon as we arrived here, also Claire was always at the end of the phone if we needed anything. Also every morning Claire was saying morning and making sure everything is ok for us, and also there is facilities to cook meals here as well. Our two children and us parents have loved staying here for a week. 100% recommend to stay here and we will be coming back to stay again soon

I booked these guys through Booking.com to visit the MotoGP as it was very close although it is basically a converted stable in the middle of nowhere. 256 for 3 nights for a pretty basic stable with no facilities on-site or near but it but the attraction was it was close enough to cycle to Silverstone, so I booked it. A day later they contacted me directly saying they had changed their minds and now DEMANDED 195 PER NIGHT - so 585 or that I cancel the booking!!! I contacted them explaining it was a special birthday trip for my wife and there was no other accommodation in the area due to the MotoGP and I was willing to discuss a sensible rise in the costs but THEY DIDNT CARE AND DEMANDED I CANCEL THE BOOKING with booking.com. booking.com were worse than useless and I ended up having to cancel. God knows where we will manage to get now but PLEASE BE WARNED.. HEARTLESS, MONEYGRABBING business that should be avoided at all cost......
