Cleggs Pharmacy

I had my flu and covid vaccinations done at Cleggs but they did not enter them into the NHS system. Subsequently this has caused me issues, especially for travelling abroad next month. I approached Cleggs and was told they may have forgotten to do it or had Internet problems at the time, but there is nothing they can do or will to. It's the last time I ever go there!

The pharmacy kept me on hold for 40 minutes as they were searching for a prescription they claimed I had already picked up (I hadnt). When they took me off hold they hung up immediately. I phoned back and they said they had realised that it was their mistake and I had not, in fact, picked up the prescription. I then asked if they could double check the name of the prescription that they had found for me so I could be sure it was the right one and they told me that they couldnt be bothered with this any more and hung up again. All in all, rude and disorganised.

Wow... Customer service is absolutely awful.

No service today went in to buy something and all staff ignored me and could not get served. Poor show.
