I booked a cholesterol test for 9.30 this morning. I live 50+ mins away, so left at 8.20 to make sure I'd be on time. I arrived outside the pharmacy about 9.15, when they rang me to say they didn't have enough staff in today to do the test. What a waste of my time! If there is a risk of not enough staff to meet their obligations, they shouldn't offer tests at 9.30, but should leave sufficient time to contact customers with enough leeway.

They have a new team now and the service is improving and is getting better. Typically prescriptions are ready to collect but sometimes have to wait. They are very busy as they cover two medical practices but they do what they can. We are very grateful.
