2 hrs waiting for someone to answer the phone, no econsolt available. Absolutely dire. Used to be amazing but since COVID you can't get a doctor appointment, you have to tell the receptionist what's wrong so they can pass it on to see if it's worthy of a face to face appointment with a doctor.

I am very impressed with this practice. We recently moved to the area and the level of care from our GP, Dr Sarah Gannon has been amazing. Everyone has been helpful and professional. Thank you

I requested an urgent repeat medication last Thursday. At midday today Wednesday GP had still not approved it after sending emails and telephone calls. On Monday morning I asked for an appointment for my wife. Our GP had no appointments available this week and he is away next week! No alternative was offered.
