Poor customer service, delayed responses. Selling franchise so not bothered about locating any dog care.

Border Collies Mick and Keith were welcomed and taken care of as if part of the family, whose household included two other friendly dogs, and were fit, well and happy when we returned to collect them a week later. And as an added bonus their manners on the lead were much improved. This was our first encounter with Wagging Tails, but certainly not the last. Full marks!

Why would you stick your beloved pooch in the cold, heartless, loveless environment of a boarding kennels whilst you're sunning yourself on a beach / skiing down the Alps? When you could have them stay with a loving family instead? In the warm! With regular walks and plenty of 1 on-1 attention. I've used Wagging Tails a number of times and it's simply a genius idea. 5 stars for sure! All homes are fully vetted - and prior to the stay, you take your dog round for a 'sniffing-out' meeting - just to ensure that you feel it's an appropriate environment.
