Lorraine really took the time to listen to exactly what I needed from our sessions, she then meticulously planned each hour that we trained. Every time was different, which I asked for, and each exercise was perfectly suited to what I wanted to achieve. I really cant recommend Lorraine and her training enough, I got results, understood more about how I can train and gained a better understanding of what works for me. I love our sessions and dont want to stop, they not only keep me fit, but sane as well!

Having never used a personal trainer before I was really nervous. Lorraine immediately put me at ease, talked me through everything and answered any concerns I had. I absolutely love my sessions and her ability and knowledge to change a routine to accommodate injuries and conditions is amazing. She always has a exercise routine fully prepared and and will also make modifications if it's too easy or hard. She actually makes exercising a really enteraining and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend to anyone.

I trained with Lorraine to build up some stamina and get in shape prior to some personal life changes. Lorraine always arrived bright and chatty full of beans ready to start our session which not only made me comfortable but helped me believe in myself. She had a different written programme each week, but also measurable targets so I could visually see my progression. No two sessions were ever the same, yet even when I thought I couldnt she knew I could. I would leave each session proud of what I had managed, buzzing from a great session but also further along on achieving my target goals. Looking forward to being back in sessions very soon.

I can't recommend Lorraine highly enough as a personal trainer. Lorraine clearly knows her stuff - practices what she preaches - is extremely motivating and encouraging - doesn't let me get away with anything and has really understood what I'm trying to achieve with my sessions. Lorraine is also extremely accommodating and flexibile with booking of sessions coming to my house either at the crack of dawn or on my lunch breaks while working from home - is always super prepared - has all the kit you can think of to keep the sessions varied. Don't wait for tomorrow - get booked in now and get moving - you won't regret it!! :-)
