Not to happy with Specsavers at the moment I had my new glasses for only a couple of days when I noticed that the had load of spots on the lens. I took them back to Specsavers and they told me that there was a problem with the lenses when they made them. Also I paid for trimming and the lens stuck out a bit on the frame. But the lady in Specsavers was very helpful and apologetic and said she sort it as quick as possible. But been going there for my glasses since I had to wear glasses and apart from the odd adjustment to be made Ive been very happy with my glasses from Specsavers. Just wish they would make sure that your new glasses were in order and ok before giving them to the customer.

Really friendly staff, who explained everything clearly. Despite being very busy everyone was being looked after. Everything else as expected
