        I first went to Ian in 2018 following a bereavement, and it is an understatement to say that Ian has helped me so much. I have had therapists in the past, but never have I had one that made me feel instantly comfortable, and in a position where I could trust and explore my most vulnerable self in such a safe setting. With Ian's help, I have really modified my behaviour as a person, and for the first time in my life, I can say that I am truly content with my life, and I am able to face life's ups and downs without getting overwhelmed as I once used to. I cannot recommend Ian enough, he is a brilliant therapist, and a wonderful person through and through. You will not regret it!
