Few days back I faced an issue with boiler and contacted the Davis Tate maintenance email id. Jessica Hedges picked up my case quickly and helped me to resolve the boiler issue. She was quick in terms of updating me about the progress and taking necessary approvals from landlord and finalizing the technician. She understood the emergency of non-availability of hot water and helped me immediately. I really appreciate her work and willingness to solve the issue. Amol Pathak

She made the whole experience of renting a house for the first time a memorable and happy one.
