Absolutely fantastic service. Kirsty at Angel Wilkins has conveyanced for us three times now, two sales and one purchase. We always got quick responses to any questions and were kept informed throughout, with all paperwork arriving promptly too. Even when she was on annual leave the locum was able to answer everything we needed to know and there were no gaps in the service whatsoever. Dealing with our buyers solicitors made us realise how easy we had it, cant recommend them enough.

From what I remember when we brought our house, Elizabeth was fine and sale went through well. After 5 years at the house and me calling up just to ask help to understand the deeds to the house in the hope to get an extension, they came across very agitated and annoyed with me, not helpful which has upset me. I know all our documents would be boxed away, I just wanted to understand the paperwork that I have in front of me in the hope to avoid getting planning permission. Now it looks like we will have to pay for that or ask around to get someone to help us understand the paperwork that was given to us. Will not use them in the future due to the rudeness. Feels like once they have dealt with you, you are no longer of any importance.

Neil and his team were outstanding throughout the purchase of our first home. Efficient and communicative, they helped us to resolve a number of issues throughout the transaction, enabling us to complete in less that two months.
