        After debating hypnotherapy for a while I decided to finally give it a go. Wendy explained the process really well and I always felt at ease during our sessions. After only 4 sessions I was able to take a flight (which I could never have imagined myself doing before) and give a talk at a conference. I would definitely recommend Vale Hypnosis to anyone unsure about hypnotherapy because if it doesn't work out for you there is never any pressure to book more sessions. I can't thank Wendy enough for the time she put into building my self confidence! I'm in a much better place going forwards.
