Sorry I have only used Mill Street Hair for a few years previously they were known as Cut 21 and altho the Business name has changed I have experienced my hair being dressed, cut, shampood, dyed, permed ( and Yes I do still have hair), so..., since about 1981, the experience has been professional whilst friendly. are any of you reading this post that old? Wonderful team of girls would recommend most highly.
