They are polite, professional, helpful and great at communicating when booking the work, making quotes clear and explaining timeframes etc. I love my furniture that they have upcycled and has made my home feel complete.         This is my favourite shop, CSW have so many lovely things from small gifts to beautifully restored furniture. We have a beautiful chiffonier, a 'one off' an absolute delight and I love it!
