It was a pleasure to deal with Joshua Thomas Finance. Josh took a lot of the headache out of sorting my mortage when moving house, although I couldnt get a new mortgage and had to port my existing one plus have some further borrowing, Josh was still able to deal with my lender on my behalf. This meant no waiting in queues on the phone to the lender and less stress. It was also much less headache when we had to change the house we were buying at the last minute. I will definitely be using Joshua Thomas finance in future.

I had been in contact with Josh for some time for mortgage advice before I formally acquired his services. He was always super friendly knowledgeable, informative, patient and understanding. Therefore, using Joshs services was a no-brainer when it came time for me to purchase my first home. Josh did all the leg work and kept me informed every step of the way. We have dealt with Josh for our mortgage. Everything was easy and straight forward which is what you want when looking to get a mortgage. All done from the comfort of home through telephone calls and email. Highly recommended.
