They have a great hygienist, but the receptionists dont care & every time they are running at least 30 mins behind schedule so often have to wait a very long time in the waiting room for your appt

Although they do seem to have a fairly high turnover of staff they were able to offer a same-day appointment to repair a chipped tooth.

Last minute cancellations are all too frequent. Register there for 5.5 years now, I think my husband had one dentist appointment that hasnt been cancelled, I had few I guess. 99% of the appointments cancelled the last minute. One cancelled last week just called to make another appointment and have to wait again until 7th of February and I guess that will be cancelled again terrible and very poorly managed service. Dentists are always very gentle and understanding but because of the cancellations would never ever recommend it to anyone rather would advice to about it at all costs. Will stay with them for a while longer and will look for a new dental practise.

The reception are always polite and cheerful despite sitting in a freezer in the Winter months! The dentists I have seen are always professional and take time to fully explain procedures and option available. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Dentist was polite and talked through what was happening. Clean and tidy Non priority extra work to be done is booked in at only a fortnights wait.
