I have recently visited this shop to try to return a parcel. Before I even opened my mouth the lady told me I had a Hermes parcel and they were a collect plus franchise. I then tried to say I had a collect plus returns label only to be told I didnt have a label on the parcel. I told her it was a print in shop label. Then I was told they couldnt do anything anyway as the systems were down!! Can the lady concerned please listen to her customers before trying to preempt what they are going to ask and not be quite so dismissive and rude! Thankfully her colleague was more understanding and apologised for the inconvenience. Just made me think who was the Customer.
