        Staff excellent but the place does not open enough hours and after 3 days of trying to contact by fone I gave up and will transfer my account elsewhere if I ever manage to make contact

        The staff is not willing to help. I was trying to open a back account and they asked me for a lot of unnecessary documents. Finally I went to a different brand entity and got everything sorted out in 2 hours.
