        The staff is very friendly and very child orientated. I am very happy with my child's development and to see how quickly he bonded with the staff and the other children.

        I paid them for the summer club 2022, but they didn't confirm my booking for my daughter - in fact, on their website, they said it was invalid. Then I had to make other plans and they are refusing to refund my money, insisting that they will keep a "deposit" even though their Ts&Cs say that they only take a deposit to confirm a place, but no place was confirmed so there should be no deposit to pay. Every time I contact them, they say a manager will get back to me, but in nearly 3 MONTHS, none ever has. I'm in the middle of taking them to small claims court for money owed.

        Ive been at kids in charge for two years since i have its been great the staff work really well together,the children have fun and really enjoy it at the site im at especially cooking club done amazing cook and art club done by myself we have had amazing feed back from the parents and lots of input on how we can provide a better service
