Suffolk exotic vets is a fantastic vet service that offers 24/7 cover. My sister's rabbit was seriously ill, and the team was amazing!! Communication was above the norm, and we greatly appreciated it. They kept professional, compassionate, easy to talk to, went above and beyond, and loving during a nerve racking time. Unfortunately, the rabbit was so seriously ill and passed away. But thanks to the team, we have a rough idea of why and were able to get rabbit a bit closer to home. I have no idea about cost as this wasn't my rabbit and the vet never hinted to me about cost when I had to be phoned. They lovingly packed her up well for the journey with a puppy pad inside the carrier and her "overnight bag" had a discharge bag of medicine for the receiving vet team. Paperwork was emailed over while I was driving rabbit to receiving vet. Best vet service in a stressful time!! Thank you for everything!! If we ever have to need your service again, we will be back!!

Really polite staff both on reception and the veterinary nurses. Keep you informed of what they are doing during every step of the way. I've received exceptional service the times I've been with my cockatiel during his illness so far. It's a bit of a way to travel from where I live, but in all honesty I wouldn't go anywhere else!
