Russell made my move from the US to London so seamless! With all the paperwork for my dog and the flight, packing up, and the dozens of other tasks that needed to be done leading up to my move, knowing that I didnt have to worry about housing made all the difference for me. Russell found me a great flat in a perfect location that met all my requests, and he did it with a tight timeline, even negotiating a lower price on my rent. Even 2+ weeks after moving in, Russell is still so helpful with answering my (many) questions and helping me get settled. Truly feel like I would have been lost without him! Highly recommend to anyone relocating with pets, you wont regret it.

My husband and I along with our labrador retriever Milly moved to London this past January and were so glad to have found Pet Lets to help in our relocation. Im so pleased with Russells help! I moved from Canada to London with my cat, and honestly dont see how it would have been possible to get a place without him! He went to all viewings, negotiated the lease, even paid my holding deposit for me (since Canadian transfers take days, and we wanted to secure a property!) Overall it was a smart choice to hire Russell!! I would do it again for sure.

Russell and his team are the best for your pet relocation needs, and I would recommend them to anyone who has to move abroad with their pets. I was moving from the USA to the UK where there is a lot more pushback when it comes to landlords accepting pets. Being a student living on my own with three dogs made this especially difficult. Russell however, was up for the challenge. He kept in contact with me throughout the process and made sure to keep my needs in mind. His team also came up with different strategies when it came to looking/applying for homes to increase our chances of success. After a great load of work and effort on Russell's part, we were able to find a home that fit mine and my pets' needs for a reasonable price. Many landlords wanted a years worth rent up front which isn't something I was able to provide, but Russell was able to find a landlord willing to compromise with quarterly payments instead. While I wasn't able to get a backyard, the area Russell found has plenty of grass space, parks, and trails nearby where my fur babies can stretch their legs and get their energy out. Moving to a different country on my own was an extremely difficult and tiring process, but Russell and his team took a huge weight off my shoulders by helping me find my new home. I can say with complete confidence that I would not have been able to do it without him. If you're questioning whether or not to utilize Pets Lets do not hesitate. My partner and I started planning our move to London earlier this year, and we were shocked to hear stories of the rental crisis in the UK. Our initial research also showed that a miniscule proportion of landlords allow pets. As we wanted to move into an apartment as soon as possible so that our Cookie had a place to settle into after a very stressful flight from India, we chose to ask Russell for help with our house hunting. He was a pleasure to work with, and found us a suitable house in a good neighborhood that we could move into immediately upon arrival. We even have our own outdoor space, and we are looking forward to endless games of fetch with Cookie. Russell had visited the property personally, taken videos for us, and made sure all necessary repairs were added as conditions to our contract. We were comfortable finalizing the place without visiting it in person, and there were no nasty surprises after we moved in. We highly recommend Pets Lets if you are looking for help finding a pet friendly place to rent in London.
