Naval Mair Physical Medicine

I arrived to Dr. Naval Nairs medical centre 3 weeks after an emergency c section with severely cracked and painful nipples. Within two to three weeks (5-6 sessions of K laser) my nipples were fully healed. During this time I also had a terrible bout of mastitis which was miraculously healed within one session. In my sessions we also applied K laser to my c section scar which vastly improved in its appearance. I highly recommend the Center and its integrative treatments (in particular K Laser) to all new mothers.

Naval rang us to discuss if the IDD treatment would help. I had sent him all my husband's reports in details so he had studied them in detail which would have taken quite a long time. I was so relived to talk to him and he told me to first get sorted my husband's ailments and even advised me what might help him when I asked. He is a very honest person and a pleasant person to talk to and I respect him for his honesty and his kindness. May God bless him.

This is such an amazing practice. The moment you enter this beautiful Gothic building you can feel the peace. You can sit in the garden and watch the fountain while waiting for your appointment. Michella is the lovely person who greets you with a big smile and makes sure you have tea/coffee etc. The treatment rooms are comfortable with some high tech equipment and the therapists are very experienced and friendly. They work you as hard or as gently as you want and offer much needed advice. There are numerous treatments available, I had a course of laser treatment to start with then physio & massage. I have been going once a week after a knee operation and the treatment has worked very well. Parking is easy and free, a bonus in this busy part of London. I cant recommend this practice highly enough.

I initally took my daughter to Naval Mair's practice and several session helped her so much. I recently went back myself and couldn't be happier. Andy helped me so much with chronic migraines, back issues and tension. Andy also gave me quite some recommendations and exercises to do at home. It'a a bit addictive though :) so I will definitely be back
