Revised review. My mum appreciated most of the staff here and was happy overall with her short stay. Physio team is great. Covid protocols on visiting are obviously annoying and partly non sensical especially when everyones testing before going in, however I do believe the home is trying to keep all residents and workers safe and trying to follow the ever changing government guidelines. There is some lack of communication and keeping up with the changes amongst staff I would suggest to speak to Victor (the manger) regarding policies and procedures as he explains things well and is clear and he will give you the correct information.
