Our front door had been sticking for a while making it hard to open and shut but I was never sure which type of tradesman we needed to get this fixed. SMS Security Services came to the rescue and we have received brilliant service end-to-end. After trying a few companies who couldnt help, SMS answered my call and a locksmith was sent round immediately (at the standard cost). Mihai was very knowledgeable and helpful with a can do attitude. He explained what was causing the problems and our door is now in perfect working order. Whilst he was here he very kindly also took a look at our back door and was happy to fix this as an additional job and I am delighted to have all the doors in our house now opening smoothly. The whole experience was very efficient and easy, plus there is a 6 month warranty on the work should we need it. Thank you Mihai.
