One of the things I appreciate most about Springfield is the 32-acre park within the village itself. It's the good place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. And Tooting Common is just a short distance away with lots of walking and cycling routes.

Audacity of unimaginable magnitude! Rather than write a review from scratch, I will simply share my last email to Barratts following a Home Tour of my property bought off plan and reviewed in person for the first time last week. Im stranded for answers from Barratt yet again following a chain of miscommunication, lies, miss-selling and misrepresentation of the property experiencing every possible Egyptian plague bestowed on you by this fantastically god-awful company called Barratt. Here is the short highlight of the few awful things they did: 1. Ceiling promise to be 3.1 m and have been 2.5m 2. Project duration will continue after 2027 or 2029 so you basically buying a home in front of a building site With work continued 7 days a week! 3. The lack of organisation of the properties around each other means that one building is blocked by another taller one all around you. The views are of endless balconies rather than clear blue sky as shown on brochures. 4. Quality of build inside is horrendous. I supposed to have moved next week but the walls are still somewhat discoloured and the cheapest possible kitchen/bathroom/heaters/ room cupboards are proposed for half a million pound 2 smallest bed property! Im Hayes! 5. Within 50 cm to my balcony theres another balcony no one told me about. My neighbours could literally hop around from the inside or the outside of the apartment privacy? You must be kidding me! 6. Response time, reliability, responsibility, real care for purchasers is absolutely zero. You sit by the phone and no one calls. You wait for an email you better pack for a long winter because nobody gives a damn! Amongst many representatives and sales people there is one person who is the office manager who actually carries weight and true ability to help and to empathise but that is a drop in the Ocean as one person cannot serve hundreds of clients. Ive received emails intended to other purchasers previously, Ive been dealt with nincompoops and idiots who cant spell my name and address correctly over six different times. They dont know the regulations with the help to buy and they have no idea what the hell they supposed to do. You want to buy a home. They dont want to sell it to you In any way that means customer care and professionalism. Thats the essence of the entire experience since the summer of 2022 to the winter of 2023 so far. I remain homeless and heartbroken over the services provided by this horrendous company that shouldnt exist in reality based on their track record. I vowed to never work with Barratt again to the day I die!
