        We had an electrical emergency late one evening this week and in a bit of a panic phoned Tom who freely offered advice over the phone. He didnt initially tell me that I ought to get him out to fix the problem, but advised me truthfully that I could do the needful myself. Not feeling totally confident (we live in a rental property and I felt I had a duty of care to get a pro involved) I then asked him his rate, and he kindly offered to come round and do an initial inspection for free. He came round immediately and reassured us and went well beyond the normal service one might expect of a tradesperson, especially at night. He was also very friendly and pleasant, and we had a nice bit of banter with him too. Both my wife and I heartily recommend this company. Thanks Tom!
