Can't trust the website times as it seems this post office is never open when it says it it

Had to pick up a parcel which was delivered directly to them. Showed my email notification and my Company Photo ID with name printed on. The woman insisted on having written ID - why? The address on the package was addressed to them! I will never go back there despite this being my local post office. Rather travel to Rosehill or Sutton.

11am on Monday morning & closed! No notice on door explaining why closed! Let your customers know what is going on please.

The lady who works here is so abrupt and rude. Not friendly at all! This post office is local to me but I'd rather go to another branch as she makes me feel so uncomfortable. Worst experience. My husband went a few days later and he said the same and he notices nothing!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is my local post office but I go to the one at rosehill instead most of the time and try to avoid this one. The lady is so rude and is always trying to charge obscene amounts for delivery of items that should cost no more than a few pounds. I'm convinced half these positive reviews are fake because it doesnt matter who i speak to who uses that post office they all say how nasty and rude the staff are. I went in there today and the customer infront of me was having an awful time trying to simply change her mailing address. When i was next i asked for a 1st class stamp and she proceeded to try charge me 3-4 for special delivery of a letter that just needed a stamp. She wouldnt just give me a stamp! Saying it has a 2nd class delivery stamp already on it which i knew but wanted to change. She wouldnt serve me. My mum once tried to send my sister some asthma pumps to america she checked out all the rules and followed the guidlines for shipping abroad during covid and the woman at the post office was so rude and refused to send it saying its against the rules to ship meds abroad . My mum argued but had to leave. We went to the post office at rosehill and they put the parcel straight through and said basically the woman at circle post office was talking BS!! This is only a few experiences of myself and friends and family. I never write reviews and i really am the last person to complain usually but i am just so fed up of not being able to use a post office local to me like every other postcode can. Is it really so hard just to be kind, god knows the world can be hard enough as is without these little battles.
