One in a million! Good honest services and prices. Very rare to find these days. I was introduced to Richard's company about 18 years ago. I had been running big Central London restaurants and was fed up with the large corporate pest control companies. They were expensive and deceitful. Initially I was concerned that a small family business wouldn't be able to cope - but from visit number one, I haven't been anywhere else. I an extremely impressed with the service I received from Richard and his team , with our rat infestation in our three blocks of flats They were very professional , and eradicated the problem with the assistance of their operatives who sorted out the problem in all the lofts , we are now rat free. Bought a property recently and found out that there was a rat infestation going on for quite a few years. After using different companies, including "big names", and charged up to 100 pounds to basically just leave a bait in the manhole, I found this family run business that "unfortunately" (or fortunately ) are not paying for "fake 5 stars review" and so they're not at the top of Google SEARCH! David came in, and after thorough investigation, including lifting floorboards and tracking their paths through special powder, we eventually found the entrance point in the kitchen (thanks also to the smoke bomb he put in one of the drains) and got to the root of the problem.
