        Your Staff at BDS don't turn up on site on time. Fire alarm servicing takes nearly all day, when it should normally take 30mins. I should of used my electrician friend instead , When I rang the office to see where they were and how long they would take to get to me, I was fobbed off. These guys don't care about customer service. When they do finally arrive they don't take the task seriously. I DEFINITELY won't be using them again.
