I sent my requirements to receive a quote on some bifold doors and some windows I wanted. I had sent every specification, including measurements and colours in my enquiry email. I was emailed back by a sales manager called Rob Davidson, who sent me an email asking for more information saying "we haven't even got a colour" which he had been given in my initial email. I then received a second email, this time after he had actually viewed the information I had sent, still saying he needed more information, but not stating which information he needed. When I called up, he said he needed more information from me, but I said I didn't know what else he could need. He said he needed my address to which I gave him my postcode. He then barked at me that he needed my full address. Shocked at how short and rude he was, I said that I no longer wanted to receive a quote due to how abrupt he was being. He then put the phone down on me. What great customer service.

Lifestyle Review We are very happy with our lifestyle installation. After a very thorough review of our requirements we decided to choose the ultra roof to replace our conservatory roof. The organisation of the fitting was excellent and we were given a run down of when and what would happen. The fitters (Phil and Bob)arrived on time and were friendly, helpful and especially most accommodating with the current restrictions. The electrician Phil was excellent with his service and communication and even down to the colour of the lights that he thought we would like. The plasterer Alan was also excellent with very good communication and happy to give advice on how the plastering would look best. We are very happy with the service that we received from lifestyle and would recommend them to anybody thinking about having a quality installation.
