Horrendous and stressful experience dealing with these cowboys Quick to take your money but slow to give a back They had my laptop for 5 weeks I had to constantly chase them up By rites they should have given me a wad of compensation but it was a full time job trying to get a repair and finally getting a refund Wish I'd done a bit of research Well done you for doing some! Take my advice the is NOT a reputable outfit

We purchased 2 Macs from this company both with a 12 month guarantee. 2 months in one of our Macs has stopped working and now they won't reply to our messages and when I call they simply hangup. Literally no idea what to do now as they clearly have no intension of helping.

A disgusting company that sent me an Apple Mac with no cables or connections. I complained and they replied once asking if I had had a Mace before. When I said I hadn't they just ignored me. I have reported them to Trading Standards as Ebay ignored my pleas for help.

Never buy from these. I purchased a MacBook off them on eBay they refuse to send it or refund me at this stage I just want the MacBook as it is something worth the money thiefs
