One of the worse sales experiences having to send so many messages that went unanswered, and when finally their sales person visited, he was extremely rude and disrespectful that I had to ask him to leave. Would not recommend this company at all.

My requirement was for an Air Conditioner system that did not penetrate the outer wall of my flat. The Parkair water cooled system, recommended by Mark at ACS fitted the bill nicely. I ordered the system on 20th June and it was installed promptly on the 26th June by Mark and his team. The installation included units in both lounge and bedroom was carried out in a very competent, tidy and unobtrusive fashion. Due to medical reasons I have to keep the room temperature below 21c at all times, this was achieved throughout the July/August heatwave with no problems. The system has proven to be very efficient with running costs much less than I anticipated. I would definitely recommend this a/c system and the way it was installed. John Cowper.

The service from All Comfort Solutions has been outstanding from start to finish. Les was warm, professional and patiently explaining the technical features of the product compared with competitors. Rob, the engineer, was careful to protect our new wooden floor and overcame a couple of technical challenges very professionally. We had units fitted in 2 rooms and it works really well - super quiet. On the hottest day of the year the water company reduced water pressure and the system started emitting a load noise. We reported the problem at 9 am, engineer was on site and fixed the problem by lunch-time. Amazing response. Would recommend.

Was promised "whisper quiet" operation for my residential installation, but the air conditioner they installed is by far the noisiest one I've seen. No-one in my household can sleep with the unit on, and these guys refused to fix it even within the first 12 months of their own warranty.
