Amazing 5 service. I was having a problem ordering online and I sent an email for help. It was a Sunday and so wasnt expecting a reply until the next day. A few hours later I had an email reply, the boots had been ordered for me and I received them within a couple of days. Brilliant! My son loves them. Thank you.

Bought purple, women's wide-leg Warm Wellies 2 yrs ago and they're still going strong! I used to run through 2 pairs a year - despite buying higher-end brands- due to my extra-wide (EE) feet. Wellies would always split on me at the toe flexure after ~6 months. My Warm Wellies have been invincible despite being out and on every weekend. They offer good foot support and grip and I can wear thin cotton socks inside due to the neoprene lining. I remember flinching a little at the price when I bought them, but they've saved both on expense and environmental impact over these 2 yrs.

I purchased a pair of their heavy-duty wellies which were great. Really warm and comfy. However, after just over a year, one of the boots developed a hole. I was concerned because they were out of warranty. Fortunately, this was not an issue. The Warm Welly Company went out of their way to rectify the problem at no cost to me. This is a fantastic company to deal with and the customer service is second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Received my wide leg, purple wellies this week. Tried them on this morning and they are amazingly comfortable and well fitting with no struggle to get them on. My dog saw me with them on and decided it was walk time and so kept them on and went over the fields. Not too heavy to wear, good grip and warm. Everything youd want from a wellington, highly recommended. ** Update on this, if I could give more stars for customer service I would. Emailed with a query on my wellies and had the best dealings with Simon I could wish for. He went above and beyond anything I expected and had only emailed to see what I had done wrong. Thank you soo much and long may business continue for you
