Mama Cakes Cumbria

Very disappointed booked a year in advance for our wedding cake and then cancelled 9 days before saying she thinks shes got a chest infection, but sits on Instagram posting about doing trading and to vote for her in beauty competitions so she hasnt been Ill, we confronted her and she just liked our comment and asked us to vote so obviously thinks its a joke, luckily we found another person to do our wedding cake last minute. Very unreliable and would not recommend unless you want her to ruin your wedding right at the last minute.

Claire makes incredible cake!! We used Mama Cakes for our wedding at Kinmount house in August 2022 and we couldnt have been happier! After the delicious initial tasting in the cake showroom, consultations were all done over the phone and using an online mood board and the design that Claire sent over was perfect! It was so beautiful and pulled together all the different aspects of our wedding. Claire took care of the setup on the day and everything was fantastic. The cake flavours were amazing and guests praised it as a highlight of the evening!

What can I say?! Claire is amazing! She is a very friendly professional who knows everything there is to do with cakes. She understood the style of our wedding better than we did, when we went for our tasting, and helped us figure out what we actually wanted. Plus, Every single one of her cakes tasted incredible. She kept us in the loop via her client area on the mama cakes website and sent through a draft design for our cake. Claire, along with designing and making the cake, delivered and set up at the venue on the morning of the wedding. We were blown away on the day when we saw our cake. It was perfect and tasted amazing. Everyone loved it. She is such a talented individual. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you so much Claire!

I can't thank Claire enough we had to move our date several times and nothing was too much trouble. She took so much time helping us with the design of our cake as we really didn't know what we wanted. And the taste was out of this world all of our 30 guests commented on have amazing it looked and tasted. Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work.
