Excellent service and an entirely reassuring experience! With an impromptu drop in leading to meeting Yanni from the sales team. He took the time to accommodate, even though it became apparent a booking is normal protocol, which was immensely appreciated. Yanni is very personable and not once throughout the interaction did I feel pressurised or manoeuvred into any decision. Everything was explained with clarity, questions answered with confidence and fears allayed! I got a quick and fair valuation for my car to part exchange. The car I bought needed a Mot, service and upon inspection some parts replacing, which Yanni conveyed to me. This meant that the car wasnt delivered immediately but I was provided with a courtesy car and also found it refreshing that they were transparent about the situation. I would recommend Yanni and Stellantis highly! Thanks again. Chris Stewart
