My friend bought a car from here and had nothing but issues with a manager that sold a car bot fit for purpose endangering her life her sons life and every passenger she carried he neber ince tried to fox the car that was under warrenty and left her without a vechicle for 2 weeks as he was to busy to collect it when asked for his managers contact information he said no problem but never followed through with giving the information. He needs sacking in my opinion everybody else involved with the car was absolutely spot on ashame 1 rotten apple destroyed the experience of buying a car.

If buying used car avoid by all costs. The manager gavin very unhelpful and rude doesn't help fix any issues or problems you have dictates to you what's happening. Even admits to you on a recorded phone call he is not listening to you. Belittles the amount of money you spend saying its only a 7grand car very unprofessional in all aspect no customer service skills he promises you the world and delivers you a living nightmare and is happy to sell and keep you in a dangerous to drive car without retiring any of the car faults telling you the cars perfect. Disgusting service only let down by by one man and unfortunately he is a manager unbelievable.

Long story short... Many thanks to Yianni for helping us out with everything! Apart from good customer service, being empathetic and trying to understand other people's problems and needs makes you more than professional and that's something that we missed today. I wasn't expecting that customer service could ever have such a big impact on our life. Big thank you from all of our family!
