        Booked on Thurs to go to Walton station on Friday morning as we had to get the Eurostar & needed to be on time. Taxi didn't turn up & when we called were told that the driver wasn't answering his phone. No other cars were available & we were told to find someone else. No apology. Terrible customer service & certainly wouldn't recommend. Used the Uber app & a driver arrived within 4 mins.

        I have been using King cars regularly lately for transfers to and from the airports for work, they are super reliable, and recommend highly.

        Pre booked a taxi for an airport run at 8am today. They never showed up and wasnt answering their phones. Unreliable DO NOT USE. Lucky we were able to get an under after 15mins of waiting.
